End of Day one

So, Finally the end of day one I made it through the day i burned 1815 calories and I think I did good watching what I ate. For dinner I had a fresh salad, apple, and a piece of chicken. i had 8 glasses of water as  of 10:30 and I actually do not mind dieting. my only wish is that my parents would through away all of the junk food and eat healthy with me..but as long as I keep my eye on the prize I have a feeling I can do..I like losing water weight it makes me feel skinny. so here is a song I love to listen to while I work out, well any time really.
Have a great healthy night,

Brandon

Breakfast day one

Good Morning all my Lovely readers,
As of now it is 10:47 am and I have already learned something. I learned I HATE extremely dislike eggs, let me tell you how I came to this conclusion. So for breakfast I ate: Potatoes o' brien,1 crescent roll and I attempted to eat egg whites with onions and black pepper. What I actually ate was the potatoes and crescent roll for a grand total of *Drum roll please* 254 calories. I can burn 1,000 in one hour of swimming. now I know I should have ate more calories for breakfast most important meal of the day blah blah blah, BUT you have to remember this is my first day of actually trying to diet, yea sure I say that I am on a "Diet" but do I actually try to stick to it. NO. so for my first morning I think it is pretty damn good!

Day one

So today is the first day of my new diet and exercise I am 15 and 370.2 lb's, I have type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and sleep apnea. This is the last time I ever hear that number. What I want to accomplish with this blog is to inspire other people to join the movement and get healthy. I will post recipes I find, exercises I do and of course my progress, both physically and mentally. This is the first day of the rest of my live, who wants to join?

 Recipe for day one:*

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce, such as Frank's RedHot
3 tablespoons white vinegar, divided
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound chicken tenders
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
 Freshly ground pepper, to taste
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
4 8-inch whole-wheat tortillas
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
 1 cup sliced celery
1 large tomato, diced

DIRECTIONS
1. Whisk hot pepper sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl.
2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken tenders; cook until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Add to the bowl with the hot sauce; toss to coat well.
3. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, pepper and the remaining 1 tablespoon vinegar in a small bowl. Stir in blue cheese.
4. To assemble wraps: Lay a tortilla on a work surface or plate. Spread with 1 tablespoon blue cheese sauce and top with one-fourth of the chicken, lettuce, celery and tomato. Drizzle with some of the hot sauce remaining in the bowl and roll into a wrap sandwich. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
